Butterscotch Ganache
- 11 ounces, weight Butterscotch Morsels
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- Bring water in a double boiler to a simmer and add the butterscotch morsels and the heavy cream.
- Stir constantly until the morsels have dissolved and there are no chunks left.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature before pouring into a squeeze bottle.
