Apple Chicken Quesadillas

  1. Combine all ingredients except tortillas in a large bowl.
  2. For each quesadilla, place approximately 3/4 cup of the filling inside a tortilla; fold in half and secure with a toothpick.
  3. Place on a greased baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees F for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Turn over and bake 5-8 minutes longer.
  6. Makes 8.
