Beef Baguette with Mustard and Dill
- 125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup finely chopped dill
- 2 tablespoons seeded mustard
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 large baguette, cut into 4 pieces and split
- 60-80g lettuce mix
- 2 scotch fillet steaks, char grilled or barbecued, sliced Target Buy 1 get 1 50% Off thru 02/06
- 1 carrot, finely sliced
- 1 tomato, finely sliced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- sliced pickles, optional
- Combine Philly* with dill, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Spread the baguette with the Philly* mixture, top with greens, hot beef, carrot and tomato and pickle.
