Macadamia Nut Cream Pie Recipe
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding & pie mix
- 1 teaspoon melted butter
- 3 tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 baked pie shell
- 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. minced macadamia nuts
- 1 c. whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Make pudding according to package using 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk in place of 2 c.. Add in nuts and butter, cold 2 to 3 hrs, stirring once.
- Whip cream; add in powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Carefully fold the stiff cream into the cooled pudding and pour into a baked and cooled pie shell.
