Macadamia Nut Cream Pie Recipe

  1. Make pudding according to package using 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk in place of 2 c.. Add in nuts and butter, cold 2 to 3 hrs, stirring once.
  2. Whip cream; add in powdered sugar and vanilla.
  3. Carefully fold the stiff cream into the cooled pudding and pour into a baked and cooled pie shell.
