Chicken Chalupas Recipe
- 4-6 chicken breasts
- 2 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 sm. can chili peppers
- 1 sm. bottle stuffed green olives
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- Green onions
- 9 ounce. Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 c. sharp cheese
- Flour tortillas
- Dice cooked breast.
- Combine and mix soup, chili peppers, green olives, liquid removed and sliced, lowfat sour cream, green onions, shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
- Take out 2 c..
- Put spoonfuls into flour tortillas.
- Roll and put in greased casserole.
- Spread 2 c. sauce on top.
- Sprinkle 2 c. sharp cheese on top.
- Cover.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 50 min.
- Also I use black olives.
