Best Ever Sour Cream Pie Recipe

  1. In top of double boiler, blend together sugar, cornstarch and salt.
  2. Combine with beaten Large eggs, 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream, raisins and lemon juice.
  3. Cook and stir over warm water till thick.
  4. Pour into baked pie shell.
  5. When cold, top with remaining 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream.
  6. Refrigerateseveral hrs.
