Sicilian Style Turkey Sausage

• 5 each sausage casing
• 5 pounds turkey meat
• 2 teaspoons fennel seeds whole
• 2 teaspoons fennel seeds crushed
• 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes crushed
• 2 teaspoons salt or to taste
• 2 teaspoons black pepper
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder

1. Prepare casings.
2. Using fine disk, grind turkey, mix with remaining ingredients and grind again.
3. Stuff into casings and twist off into 3 inch links.
4. Cook in vegetable oil until browned and cooked through.
