Slow Cooker Chuck Roast
- 3 lb Bonless Chuck Roast
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Whole Black Peppercorns
- 1 tbsp Dried Tarragon
- 10 Fresh Sage Leaves
- 1/4 White Onion (Diced)
- 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- Place chuck roast in slow cooker.
- Top with all ingredients, except Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour Worcestershire sauce around sides of roast, so as not to wash off the seasonings.
- Cover and cook on low for 10 hours.
