Crispy Potato Chip Fish Recipe

  1. Allow frzn fish to stand at room temperature 15 min.
  2. Cut fish into 3-4 equal portions.
  3. Combine lowfat milk, egg, lime juice, and salt.
  4. Dip fish in lowfat milk mix; roll in crushed potato chips to coat.
  5. Place on greased shallow pan; dot with butter and sprinkle top with paprika.
  6. Bake in 400 degree oven till fish flakes, about 25-30 min.
  7. If using fresh cod, don't bake quite as long.
