Cinnamon Apple Crisp
- 6 medium (6 cups) apples, peeled, cored, sliced
- 3/4 cup uncooked old-fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Land O Lakes Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread
- Land O Lakes Heavy Whipping Cream, whipped , if desired
- Ground cinnamon, if desired
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Place apples into ungreased 2-quart square baking dish.
- Combine oats, brown sugar and flour in bowl; mix in Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread with fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle sugar mixture over apples.
- Bake 25-35 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden brown.
- Serve warm.
- Dollop with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
