Sunday Supper Gramma Richter's Potato Salad

  1. Cook red potatoes, peel when warm.
  2. Put eggs in pot, cover with water bring to a full rolling boil.
  3. Turn off heat and let sit 25-30 minutes, peel and slice.
  4. Mix all other items for dressing.
  5. Alternate layers of warm potatoes, chopped onion, and dressing.
  6. Then mix together and cool in refrigerator.
  7. Serve with sliced eggs and paprika on top.
