Turkey Marinade Recipe

• 1 c. dry white wine
• 1/2 c. soy sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger or possibly grated fresh ginger root
• 1/2 c. peanut oil
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
• 1/2 c. minced onion

1. Pour marinade over turkey and chill several hrs.
2. Simmer turkey in heavy skillet till tender or possibly grill on coals.
