Honey-Mustard Salmon

  1. If grilling, lightly spray the grill rack with cooking spray.
  2. If broiling, lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  3. Preheat the grill on high or preheat the broiler.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the dillweed, mustard, and honey.
  5. Brush over the flesh side of the fish.
  6. Put the fish with the skin side down on the grill or baking sheet.
  7. Grill or broil about 6 inches from the heat for about 6 minutes, or until the fish is cooked to the desired doneness.
