Honey-Mustard Salmon
- Cooking spray
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh dillweed or 1 teaspoon dried, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 6 salmon fillets with skin (about 5 ounces each), rinsed and patted dry
- If grilling, lightly spray the grill rack with cooking spray.
- If broiling, lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Preheat the grill on high or preheat the broiler.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the dillweed, mustard, and honey.
- Brush over the flesh side of the fish.
- Put the fish with the skin side down on the grill or baking sheet.
- Grill or broil about 6 inches from the heat for about 6 minutes, or until the fish is cooked to the desired doneness.
