Apricot-Cranberry Sauce
- 2 cups dried cranberries
- 12 cup chopped dried apricot
- 12 cup raisins
- 34 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon allspice
- 14 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 5 12 cups water
- 34 cup sugar
- 12 cup cider vinegar
- In a large bowl, combine the cranberries, apricots, raisins and spices.
- Mix well, then set aside.
- Combine the water and sugar in the saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to medium.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Add the dried fruit mixture and vinegar.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and reduce the heat.
- Simmer the sauce for 10 minutes or until the fruit is tender.
- Let sauce cool and serve.
