Easy pumpkin pie .
- 1 large can of pumpkin pie mix Libby's
- 2/3 cup or 5 fl oz . evaporated milk
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 unbaked 9 inch. deep dish pie shell frozen or make your own
- dash of cinnamon
- dash of nutmeg
- 1 a splash of vanilla
- Mix pumpkin pie mix evaporated milk and eggs in large bowl or mixer.
- Add in the cinnamon nutmeg and vanilla while mixing .
- Optional
- Pour into pie crust .
- Careful not to over fill !
- Keep a bit below the top ring or it will burn your crust .
- Pre heat oven to 425 bake for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 350 and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
- Cool on wire rack for 2 hours then eat .
- Or refrigerate .
