Pomegranate Salsa

  1. Place bell pepper, tomatoes, onion, parsley, lime juice, garlic and chili in food processor.
  2. Pulse about 6 times, or until mixture uniform.
  3. Pour salsa into bowl, add pomegranate juice and adjust seasonings.
  4. Stir in pomegranate arils and serve.
