Cookiesaurus
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup butterscotch-flavored baking chips, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 cup Land O Lakes Butter, softened
- 1 Land O Lakes Egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- Combine all ingredients in bowl.
- Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.
- Divide dough in half.
- Wrap each half in plastic food wrap; flatten slightly.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Roll out dough, one-half at a time, on lightly floured surface (keeping remaining dough refrigerated) to 1/4-inch thickness.
- Cut with 3- to 4-inch dinosaur-shaped cookie cutter.
- Use dough scraps to form spikes or horns to decorate cookies.
- Place 2 inches apart onto parchment-lined cookie sheets.
- Repeat with remaining dough.
- Bake 8-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Let stand 1 minute on cookie sheet; carefully remove to cooling rack.
- Cool completely.
