  1. Combine all ingredients in bowl.
  2. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.
  3. Divide dough in half.
  4. Wrap each half in plastic food wrap; flatten slightly.
  5. Refrigerate until firm.
  6. Heat oven to 375F.
  7. Roll out dough, one-half at a time, on lightly floured surface (keeping remaining dough refrigerated) to 1/4-inch thickness.
  8. Cut with 3- to 4-inch dinosaur-shaped cookie cutter.
  9. Use dough scraps to form spikes or horns to decorate cookies.
  10. Place 2 inches apart onto parchment-lined cookie sheets.
  11. Repeat with remaining dough.
  12. Bake 8-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  13. Let stand 1 minute on cookie sheet; carefully remove to cooling rack.
  14. Cool completely.
