Ruby Tuesday

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the cherries with the lemon juice and Simple Syrup.
  2. Add ice and the rye and Benedictine.
  3. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass.
  4. Garnish with the lemon twist.
