Microwaved Lobster Recipe

• 1 1/4 lbs. live lobster

1. Place live lobster in large microwavable plastic bag; knot or possibly close loosely.
2. Microwave on high approximately 5 min in a large 600 to 700 watt oven (or possibly about 8 min in a smaller oven with less wattage.)
3. To make sure lobster is done, separate the tail from the rest of the body.
4. If the tomalley, the mushy stuff in the cavity, has turned green it has been cooked through.
5. If it's still black and oily looking heat lobster for another 60 seconds, and check again.
6. Continue till done.
