Microwaved Lobster Recipe
- Place live lobster in large microwavable plastic bag; knot or possibly close loosely.
- Microwave on high approximately 5 min in a large 600 to 700 watt oven (or possibly about 8 min in a smaller oven with less wattage.)
- To make sure lobster is done, separate the tail from the rest of the body.
- If the tomalley, the mushy stuff in the cavity, has turned green it has been cooked through.
- If it's still black and oily looking heat lobster for another 60 seconds, and check again.
- Continue till done.
