Citrus Pasta Salad With Chicken Recipe
- 1 pound rotini cooked, chilled
- 8 ounce. sugar snap peas
- 8 ounce. matchstick carrots
- 1 medium red pepper, diced
- 1 medium green pepper, diced
- 8 ounce. pineapple tidbits, liquid removed
- 8 ounce. Mandarin oranges, liquid removed
- 8 ounce. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
- 8 ounce. chicken breast, cooked, diced, and chilled
- 16 ounce. citrus vinaigrette
- Toss everything together and refrigeratefor several hrs or possibly overnight before serving.
