Veggies
- 1 (15 ounce) can green beans (drained)
- 2 tablespoons bacon grease
- 2 tablespoons chopped onions
- salt & pepper
- using a small iron skillet,heat bacon grease on med heat.
- drain can greenbeans,pour in skillet.
- place onions in center of skillet.
- sprinkle with salt & pepper.
- cover with lid.
- then simmer on low temp for about 10/15 minutes.
