Mom's Pink Beans Recipe

  1. Soak beans overnight with no salt.
  2. Next day, drain water.
  3. Add in new water to beans sufficient to cover them.
  4. Cook slowly till tender.
  5. Add in all the ingredients to beans and simmer till tender.
  6. Serve with French bread.
