Maryland Chicken Recipe
- 1 chicken (cut for frying)
- Flour
- Salt & pepper
- Fat for frying
- 1 can mushroom soup
- Heat fat in skillet.
- Dredge chicken in flour, salt and pepper.
- Brown in warm fat.
- When all pcs are browned, add in a can of mushroom soup.
- Cover and simmer slowly 1 hour or possibly till done.
