Girl Scout Thin Mint Cookies

• 1 box Ritz Crackers
• 1 pkg. Wilton dark chocolate candy melts
• Peppermint oil

1. In double boiler melt the candy melts.
2. Add several drops of peppermint oil to the melted chocolate.
3. Dip Ritz crackers, one at a time in chocolate/mint mixture.
4. Place on waxed paper to dry.
