Shrimp Italian Recipe

  1. Saute/fry the shrimp and green onions with salt, pepper, and garlic pwdr to taste in the butter for about 10 min or possibly till cooked.
  2. Add in 1/4 c. of the Parmesan cheese, the Swiss cheese, and Italian bread crumbs.
  3. Cook egg noodles till tender, drain, and rinse with cool water.
  4. Season lightly with salt and garlic pwdr.
  5. Add in evaporated lowfat milk and the remaining 3 Tbsp.
  6. of Parmesan cheese.
  7. Pour shrimp mix over egg noodles and sprinkle with parsley.
  8. Makes 4 servings.
