Shrimp Italian Recipe
- 1 pound tiny shrimp
- 1/2 bunch green onions, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garlic pwdr to taste
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. plus 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. egg noodles
- 1 (3 ounce.) can evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
- Saute/fry the shrimp and green onions with salt, pepper, and garlic pwdr to taste in the butter for about 10 min or possibly till cooked.
- Add in 1/4 c. of the Parmesan cheese, the Swiss cheese, and Italian bread crumbs.
- Cook egg noodles till tender, drain, and rinse with cool water.
- Season lightly with salt and garlic pwdr.
- Add in evaporated lowfat milk and the remaining 3 Tbsp.
- of Parmesan cheese.
- Pour shrimp mix over egg noodles and sprinkle with parsley.
- Makes 4 servings.
