Marinara Sauce Recipe
- 1 can plum tomatoes
- 1 can puree
- 2 cans Del Monte sauce
- Use the can from the Del Monte sauce & put in 2 cans of water
- 1 packet of Sweet & Low
- Oregano
- Warm crushed pepper
- Garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Basil
- Black pepper
- Cover bottom of pan with extra virgin olive oil and saute/fry crushed garlic, basil, oregano, black pepper, then put in all tomatoes and Sweet & Low.
- Let this cook for 1 1/2 hrs and then put in 1/2 c. of wine.
- Let cook for another 15 min.
