Caesar-Chicken Salad Panini
- 1/4 cup PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts
- 8 KRAFT Slim Cut Mozzarella Cheese Slices
- 8 slices multi-grain bread
- 4 small romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 large tomato, cut into 8 thin slices
- Heat panini grill.
- Mix first 6 ingredients in medium bowl until blended.
- Stir in chicken.
- Place 1 cheese slice on each of 4 bread slices.
- Top with chicken salad, lettuce and tomatoes; cover with remaining cheese and bread slices.
- Grill 3 to 5 min.
- or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are golden brown on both sides.
