Crispy-Topped Broccoli & Rice Casserole
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, well drained
- 1 cup instant white rice, uncooked
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup chopped red onions
- 1/2 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Three Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA, divided
- 12 round buttery crackers, crushed (about 1/2 cup)
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl; stir in 1 cup cheese.
- Spoon into 1-1/2-qt.
- casserole sprayed with cooking spray; cover.
- Bake 35 min.
- or until heated through; uncover.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese and cracker crumbs.
- Bake 5 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
