Kicked Up Box Potatoes
- 2 boxes scalloped potatoes
- 16 oz PBR beer
- 1/2 C apple cider vinegar
- 1 C shredded cheddar
- 1 t smoked paprika
- 1 t cayenne pepper
- 1 large pinch salt and black pepper
- Replace 16 oz of water with PBR, and 8 oz of water with vinegar, according to box instructions.
- Bring to boil.
- Add potatoes and sauce packets.
- Add cheese.
- Season.
- Transfer to buttered baking dish.
- Bake uncovered at 350 for approximately 20 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and potatoes are tender.
