Baked Tilapia and Fresh Spinach
- 4 tilapia fillets
- cooking spray
- 12 ounces Baby Spinach
- 13 cup soy sauce
- 1 pinch onion salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 4 ounces tomatoes
- 12 sweet onion
- Spray your baking dish with cooking spray and add spinach.
- Sprinkle spinach with onion salt and pepper.
- Add soy sauce.
- Rub old bay over the tilapia.
- Arrange the filets over spinach and sprinkle with chopped tomato and onions.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until the fish becomes flaky.
- You can substitute onion salt with onion powder if you want less sodium and they sell a sodium free soy sauce also which is what I used for this.
