Coconut Pound Cake

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream the margarine, shortening, and sugar.
  2. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating 2 minutes after each.
  3. Add flour alternately with milk; mix to combine.
  4. Stir in the flavorings and coconut until well mixed.
  5. Pour batter into a well greased 10-inch tube pan.
  6. Bake in a non-preheated oven at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until pick comes out clean.
