Coffee Frosted Pumpkin Bread Yum

  1. Beat eggs & regular sugar.
  2. Add oil.
  3. Combine dry ingredients (up to nutmeg) and add alternately with pumpkin and water.
  4. Bake 1 hour at 325 deg F.
  5. Topping: melt butter and combine with powdered sugar, coffee and vanilla, then spread over warm bread.
