How to Preserve Garlic in the Freezer

  1. Separate the cloves of the garlic.
  2. *Do not remove the skins around each clove.
  3. Just store them in the resealable bags like this.
  4. There's no need to defrost them when you're ready to use them.
  5. Just cut off the root ends, peel off the skins with a knife.
  6. The skin should come right off.
  7. You can also slice or grate the garlic while it's frozen.
