How to Preserve Garlic in the Freezer
- 1 as much as you have Garlic
- Separate the cloves of the garlic.
- *Do not remove the skins around each clove.
- Just store them in the resealable bags like this.
- There's no need to defrost them when you're ready to use them.
- Just cut off the root ends, peel off the skins with a knife.
- The skin should come right off.
- You can also slice or grate the garlic while it's frozen.
