Mozzarella and Tomato Salad

  1. In a mixing bowl toss together the garlic, basil, salt and olive oil.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
  3. Alternate sliced tomatoes and slices of FRESH mozzerella on small salad plate.
  4. Drizzle with dressing.
