Minty Carob Shake (Raw Vegan)
- 4 dates, soaked
- 1 cup water
- 3 cups bananas (I use half or even all frozen for a frosty treat)
- 14 cup fresh mint leaves
- 14 cup raw carob powder
- First blend the dates and water (once you put frozen bananas in those dates get really cold & hard to blend so work them out first).
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend up.
- You may need to add more water to get things moving, thats fine it won't take away any flavor.
- Garnish with a mint leaf if you like but mine is usually gone before I would even have time for this.
- Enjoy!
