Bake Cherry Cheese Pie Recipe
- 1 x 9" graham cracker crust
- 1 pkt 8 ounce softened cream cheese
- 1 c. 14 ounce. sweetened condensed Lowfat milk ( not evaporated)
- 1/3 c. Concentrated lemon juice
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 c. Cherry pie filling
- In a large mixer bowl,beat cheese till fluffy.
- Beat in Condensed lowfat milk till smooth.
- Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
- Pour into crust.
- Refrigerate3 hrs or possibly till set.
- Top with desired amount of e filling before serving.
- Chill leftovers.
