Baked Endive

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place the endive in a buttered baking dish and add the butter, chicken stock, salt and pepper.
  3. Cover with waxed paper or foil.
  4. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until endive is tender.
