Tri Color Pepper With Mixed Vegetables Recipe

  1. Deseed and section the peppers at a slant.
  2. Slice the mushrooms and water chestnuts.
  3. Blanch the asparagus.
  4. Shred the ginger and slice the shallot and garlic.
  5. Heat the wok with 2 Tbsp.
  6. oil, sprinkle salt and saute/fry the ginger, shallot and garlic till aromatic.
  7. Pour in the remaining ingredients and toss well.
  8. Season to taste and dish.
