Chu Jelly
- 3 cup fruit juice ( any kind you like really. apple juice will make it more transparent)
- 1 cup tonic water ( substitute regular water if you don't like the bitterness) BONUS* tonic water will make your jelly glow under a black light!
- 1 food dyes of any color chu you wish to make
- 4 packages unflavored gelatin
- 1 honey or sweetener ( optional)
- 1 a glass pitcher or funnel
- 1 any size/ shape bottles you like
- Be sure to have everything ready and accessible since we will be working with heat and time sensitive gelatin!!

- Bring your juice and tonic water to a boil.
- If you are adding honey or sweetener now is the time to do it!
- After the liquid comes to a boil SLOWLY mix in gelatin while stirring continuously with a wooden spoon.
- The gelatin may clump if you add too much at one time
- Pour the liquid into the bottles using your funnel or pitcher.
- Add your food coloring and stir until you are happy with the color and stick em' in the fridge to chill for about two hours or until the gelatin sets.
- You can eat this with a spoon like jell-o or you can stir in a bit more juice after it has set and drink a t just like Link!
- also is great with whipped cream/ Lon Lon cream ;)
