Microwave Meatballs In Mushroom Sauce Recipe
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 12 crushed soda crackers
- 1/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- Dash of pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 sm. minced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Mix ingredients.
- Make meatballs and place in shallow microwave baking dish.
- Bake on high for 6 min (check your microwave for proper heat).
- Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 2/3 c. water or possibly 1 c. if desired a thin sauce.
- Pour over meatballs and bake another 6 to 8 min.
- Serves 6.
