Microwave Meatballs In Mushroom Sauce Recipe

• 1 pound grnd beef
• 12 crushed soda crackers
• 1/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk
• Dash of pepper
• 1 egg
• 1 sm. minced onion
• 1 teaspoon salt

1. Mix ingredients.
2. Make meatballs and place in shallow microwave baking dish.
3. Bake on high for 6 min (check your microwave for proper heat).
4. Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 2/3 c. water or possibly 1 c. if desired a thin sauce.
5. Pour over meatballs and bake another 6 to 8 min.
6. Serves 6.
