Cameroon Suya

  1. Cut the steak into strips.
  2. Place in a bowl with all other ingredients and rub in well.
  3. Thread the steak strips onto soaked wooden skewers.
  4. Ensure they are all well covered with nuts and spice.
  5. Brush each skewer with oil and grill over a medium high heat on the BBQ until cooked through.
  6. Enjoy with a satay sauce or a sweet chili sauce.
