Lasagna Buns

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Slice off the tops of the sub rolls.
  3. Then scoop out the bread from the inside.
  4. Spoon some spagheti sauce into the rolls.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream (or ricotta), egg white, spices, salt and 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Spoon over the spaghetti sauce.
  7. Sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese over the top.
  8. Add the bread top back on.
  9. Place into a foil pouch and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  10. Prepare small, simple side salad.
  11. Serve Lasagna Buns with side salad.
