Peanut-Butter Batida
4 ounces peanut-butter syrup (see recipe)
1 1/2 ounces cachaca (Brazilian cane liquor)
6 to 8 ice cubes
Blend ingredients in an ice-filled blender.
Pour into a parfait glass.
