Peanut-Butter Batida

• 4 ounces peanut-butter syrup (see recipe)
• 1 1/2 ounces cachaca (Brazilian cane liquor)
• 6 to 8 ice cubes

1. Blend ingredients in an ice-filled blender.
2. Pour into a parfait glass.
