Quickest Stir-Fry Ever

  1. Bring water to boil.
  2. Add rice and tvp, boil one minute.
  3. Cover, remove from heat and let stand five minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, open can of vegetables and drain, set aside.
  5. Then thaw frozen vegetables in small collander under hot running water.
  6. Place rice back over heat, stir in the vegetables.
  7. Add sauce.
  8. Stir until heated through.
