Crock Pot Chicken Cordon Bleu

  1. Pound chicken breast to thin unless using thin cut.
  2. Put (2) slices of ham and (1) slice of cheese on each breast and roll.
  3. Secure with toothpicks.
  4. Place in crock pot lightly sprayed with Pam.
  5. Combine soup with water or milk and pour over chicken.
  6. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
  7. ENJOY.
