The Simplest Cream Stew
- 1 Onion
- 1/2 Chicken thigh
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 20 grams Butter
- 2 1/2 tbsp White flour
- 1 Carrot
- 1 head Broccoli
- 1 Potato
- 600 ml Milk
- 1 large cube Soup stock
- 1 can Corn
- Lightly stir-fry all of the ingredients, then add flour.
- Once it's mixed in, add 200ml of milk to remove the lumps.
- Add all of the remaining ingredients and let it simmer until thickened.
- Done!
