Cookies N' Cream Pie

  1. Pour half and half into large bowl.
  2. Add pudding mix, beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 minute.
  3. Let stand 5 minutes.
  4. Fold in whipped topping and crushed cookies.
  5. Spoon into crust.
  6. Freeze until firm, about 6 hours or overnight.
  7. Remove from freezer and let stand 10 minutes to soften before serving.
  8. Store leftover pie in freezer.
