Notta Lotta Meatloaf

  1. In a lg bowl, beat the egg.
  2. Add the cracker crumbs, onion, salt, sage, and a dash of black pepper, if desired.
  3. Crumble the meat in and mix will with your hands.
  4. Place in a shallow loaf pan.
  5. Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
  6. Spoon over the meatloaf.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees until meat is no longer pink, about 40 minutes.
  8. Drain off excess grease.
  9. Let the meatloaf rest about 10 minutes before carving.
