Notta Lotta Meatloaf
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons onions, chopped fine
- 14 cup milk
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 13 cup saltine
- 18 teaspoon rubbed sage
- 12 lb ground beef
- 14 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 14 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- In a lg bowl, beat the egg.
- Add the cracker crumbs, onion, salt, sage, and a dash of black pepper, if desired.
- Crumble the meat in and mix will with your hands.
- Place in a shallow loaf pan.
- Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
- Spoon over the meatloaf.
- Bake at 350 degrees until meat is no longer pink, about 40 minutes.
- Drain off excess grease.
- Let the meatloaf rest about 10 minutes before carving.
