Carrot chili

  1. Dice the carrots, multicolored peppers, and onion.
  2. Heat oil In a pot add carrots, peppers and onion.
  3. Saute in pot for 4 minutes.
  4. Add ground sirloin and pork.
  5. Incorporate well and when browned add tomatoes and spices.
  6. Stir in well.
  7. Simmer 8 minutes add tomato sauce and tomato paste.
  8. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
  9. Put into bowls add cheese and cilantro on top.
  10. Serve I hope you enjoy!
