Thyme Broccoli
- 12 lb fresh broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 34 teaspoon lemon juice
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon dried thyme
- Place the broccoli and 1-inch of water in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5-8 minutes or until crisp-tender.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the oil, lemon juice, salt and thyme.
- Drain broccoli; toss with oil mixture.
